Frequently Asked Questions

What is InSync?

InSync is an intra-office communicator that allows users the ability to page staff members to specific rooms discreetly. It also allows staff to send instant messages to other users throughout the office, and track patients as they seamlessly make their way through the office for appointments. InSync’s docking feature keeps the InSync window on screen while taking up minimal space, decreasing the chances of missed chats and/or pages.

What are the requirements for InSync App?

InSync App is browser-based, and can run on any modern computer or platform. InSync App also has a Windows application that will dock to the side of the window and act as an always-up application.

Why Should I Try InSync?
